1. Develop a deep understanding of the recruitment industry processes and the client profile
2. Acquire new clients for the company
3. Track new companies in various industry verticals, placing proposals
4. Enhance service relationships with existing clients
5. Keep track of weekly calls and appointments
6. Maintain client relationships
7. Process all correspondence & paperwork concerning all of the clients
8. Prepare proposals & contracts for clients
9. Represent the company at various professional forums /levels
