We believe in open approach. We don't believe in spoon feeding and enquiring. So we want somebody who is quite skillful and be confident of closing an account. We would like Business developer to be aware of terms like- Search Fee Options: Contingency/Exclusive Contingency/Retainer/Engagement fees. If Somebody comes up with Social Strategic Marketing experience, huge advantage.

Experience : 3+ Years

The target customers as per industry and recruitment TAT

Responsibilities:

- Develop new business by prospecting, executing marketing campaigns, and following up on business leads from internal and external sources

- Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets and gross profit quota by identifying, prospecting and qualifying new customers and selling through strategic partners.

- Update and maintain client (existing and prospects) and consultant database in Sage Group sanctioned sales and administration tools. Effectively establish detailed client and prospect organizational profiles for use in ongoing sales and marketing efforts.

- Develop account-marketing strategies/performs other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

- MUST have the ability to understand, at a high level, various applications, technology tools, terms, and platforms

- Proven track record of account base development and quota attainment

- MUST be highly-motivated and able to work independently

- MUST be organized and able to manage goals and objectives efficiently

- MUST have excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Explore & develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and Client Acquisition.

- Cold calling and Market research to locate the potential Vendors/Clients.

- Developing and implementing long term relationships with new and existing Vendors/Clients.

- Team Management, Business Development & Business Generation.

- Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills

- Expertise in handling end to end IT staff augmentation process

- Ability to work independently

- Should coordinate with the recruiting team, making them understand the requirements to source the right resume.

- Should provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, activity reports and account strategy concerns.

- Strong Communication skills (Verbal & Written) with a passion for recruitment

- Ability to meet tight deadline.
