Business Development Role - Recruitment (1-5 yrs)
- Identify or create business opportunities in targeted market verticals Telecom/ ISP, Pharma, Electronics, IT, Construction, Hospitality, Schools, Retail etc. for Recruitment solution.
- Market Intelligence accessing market conditions, competition, customer goals to provide timely feedback to management.
- Develop & maintain relationships with all regional customers by providing timely response, support, information, and feedbacks.
- Sales reports preparation by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information as per management requirement.
- Payment Collection's as per requirement of Back-end team.
- Graduate with minimum of 1 year of experience into business development of Recruitment solution preferable, not mandatory.
- Should have exposure of working for System solutions company and having exposure of Solution Sales.
