Business Development Role - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
- Identifying, short listing, Negotiation with landlords & Leasing of properties for different format of the company to set up retail outlet with suitable location & good catchments to suit the requirement of the business projects of the company.
- Prepare a viability sheet or what is called an evaluation sheet.
- Once negotiated, get into the agreement stage.
- Once the LOI is signed, etc, to take over shop from the landlord by asking the contractor & team to come in & take precise measurements, etc.
- Sit with the contractor and discuss the activities that will lead up to the handing over stage, along with set timelines, so that overruns can be - balanced out- .
- Get the fit-outs work started & then oversee periodically.
- Check quantity & quality of the raw materials coming in
- Restart the cycle by looking for the next viable shop.
- Primary Legal verification & Liaison with statuary authority/agency
- Site location for new Stores
- Plan out for business development
