Business Development Role - Plywood & Building Material (5-10 yrs)

- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships within the plywood market.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

- Promote plywood products through presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.

- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.

- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring timely product delivery.

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to maximize performance.

- Coordinate with internal teams (product, supply chain, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Train and support junior sales staff; stay updated with industry developments.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.

- Minimum 5 years experience in sales or business development in plywood or construction materials.

- Strong understanding of plywood industry dynamics and market trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
