Business Development Role - Physical Security (3-10 yrs)
- To support and report the Head - BD and achieve/exceed gross profit targets by sourcing new business in the SEA & SAARC countries.
- Key activities will be to generate new leads, convert the new business prospects by targeted consultative selling.
- Must have a hunter mindset and a proven sales track record.
1) Drive the growth of regional sales through proactive reaching out and build a sales pipeline with opportunities. Acquire new clients through sales qualifying activities.
2) Hands-on with lead discovery process and "hunt" to identify, quality and connect with relevant prospective leads.
3) Dynamically strategizing the action to meet or exceed the individual sales target.
4) Assist the manager in developing market research, competitive landscape, and specific sales plan for new territory markets.
5) Grow and manage a pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system on daily basis and generate necessary forecast reports for weekly/monthly management review.
6) Actively manage the sales stage and track all the activities, POCs, proposals, documents and subscription details for better account management.
7) Ensure the professional standard of all written communications w.r.t client proposals, pipeline objectives, revenue and profit targets.
