Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of growth within the flexible packaging industry.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor business development strategies accordingly.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their requirements and addressing any concerns.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their packaging needs and offering suitable solutions.
3. New Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients within the flexible packaging sector through various channels, including industry events, trade shows, and online platforms.
- Develop and present compelling proposals that showcase the company's products and services to prospective clients.
4. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead generation, follow-up, and conversion.
5. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's presence in the flexible packaging industry.
- Identify opportunities for diversification and product/service innovation to stay ahead of market trends.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Maintain open communication channels to provide timely updates on market insights, client feedback, and competition.
7. Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients while ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements are well-documented and compliant with company policies.
8. Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress against targets, and market insights to the management team.
- Analyze data and trends to refine strategies and optimize business development efforts.
Basic Terms and Conditions. :-
- Net monthly salary of the equivalent of US$ ___, paid in local currency, paid subsequent quarter.
- 30 Calendar Days Annual Leave
- Overseas Medical Insurance Scheme for self (Local medical expenses covered except certain expenses like dental, and eyes etc)
- Furnished shared accommodation, Local Living Allowance inclusive of Maid's Allowance will be paid Monthly.
- Shared Company Car will be provided
- Travel Economy flight return ticket to home town will be provided at the end of the 1st Year Leave
- The period for this offer is from date till date.
- CERPAC will be provided for Self
- Visa fees and medical expenses (recent master health checkup) will be borne by the expatriate and on joining in Nigeria will be reimbursed.
- A Recent Police Clearance Certificate to be provided before Visa papers to be sent.
- The salary for the first payout will be after 6 months.
