Job Description:
We- re looking for someone to join us at a lead position and take the full control of our sales process. We don- t have any sales person at this point of time. So, this is going to be our first hire in this department. We expect the person to have a startup mindset which basically means the person needs to have a willingness to wear different hats and goes out of his way to close deals and hit monthly targets. Needs to be super detailed oriented and have the right professional attitude.
Mandatory Skills Set:
- Source new sales leads through outbound cold calls/emails
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly targets
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Develop and execute successful sales campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Working experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.
Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
- Generating potential leads, Cold emails/calls pitch, creating presentation, meeting prospects, giving product demo, follow-up with the leads and finally closing the deals.
