Business Development Role - Medico Marketing Vertical (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- Generate sales leads for CRO services and medico-marketing projects, effectively articulating the business benefits and capabilities to potential customers.
- Maintain and prioritize an active sales pipeline, providing clear and concise sales status updates to management.
- Conduct targeted cold calls within the designated market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Cultivate and expand lists of dedicated clients in the Healthcare domain, leveraging a wellestablished professional network.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of business development initiatives, participating in pricing strategies and proposing comprehensive solutions.
- Submit weekly progress reports to senior management, ensuring the accuracy of data and developing timely business reports for review.
- Monitor and record the activity of accounts, providing comprehensive insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Explore and implement innovative strategies for both existing opportunities and market expansion, demonstrating creative thinking.
- Represent the organization at various conferences, fostering relationships and generating crucial business reports.
- Contribute to the development of qualitative medical writing deliverables, including scientific and regulatory writing, diverse marketing tools, and adherence to industry standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's, Master's Degree or above in any Medical Science/ Lifesciences/ Science related field.
- Excellent verbal and written skills (English).
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and team skills.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Goal oriented, self-motivated; able to work independently but within a team environment.
Experience : Min 3 years.

- Demonstrated expertise in the healthcare market, including a comprehensive understanding of challenges, growth prospects, and healthcare delivery operations.
- Possess a strong customer base and extensive contacts within the healthcare domain, showcasing a valuable network in the industry.
- High proficiency in Office 365, with the ability to create and deliver client presentations involving pilot reports and business plans.
- Able to work independently, initiating projects as necessary to streamline workload while also understanding and contributing to team dynamics.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the flexibility to work beyond regular hours to meet proposal and project deadlines.
- Extremely detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks, reports, and communications.
- Good negotiation skills, crucial for successful business development and client engagement.
- Possess knowledge of sales management techniques to effectively contribute to the growth and success of the business.
