The Job
You will be responsible for :
- On boarding of new international/India publishers affiliates to run campaigns.
- Negotiating terms of the deal (rates & payment schedule).
- Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best results.
- Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend.
- Work closely with the internal as well as external teams.
- Maintaining relationships with publishers.
- New client acquisition
- Payment Follow-ups.
- Integration with the clients
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
- Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), Digital Marketing or Sales (B2C) within Media & Entertainment industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
