Job Description:

Must have:

- 1 to 2 years of work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

- Perform outbound calling using lists provided as well as follow up on inbound leads and referrals from marketing

Notice Period:Immediate to 30 days

Job Summary

- We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will act as the liaison between the Marketing and Sales teams.

- This role will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

- Prior experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting lead generation targets is preferred.

- The ultimate objective is to boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Perform out-bound calling using lists provided as well as follow up on inbound leads and referrals from marketing

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, interactions from events & conferences and webinars

- Pitch iMediaBay services to potential clients, identify client needs and suggest appropriate services or solutions

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through different channels including LinkedIn, forums, etc

- Connect with relevant prospects and register / invite them to iMediaBay webinars and exhibits at conferences

- Set up meetings between (prospective) clients and iMediaBay sales team

- Make regular updates on leads & opportunities in the CRM

- Stay up-to-date with iMediaBay services and pitch most appropriate services/solutions while conversing with prospects Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role

- Experience operating in US geography is a must

- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

- Good track record of achieving sales quotas will be preferred

- Understanding of sales performance metrics

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver engaging presentations

- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

Degree: Any Graduation.
