Business Development Role - Marketing Service (3-9 yrs)
Education :- M.B.A Marketing
Technical Skills :
- Candidate should have relevant experience in new client acquisition.
- Should be capable of business development, client servicing and sales.
- Need to have relevant experience in printing industry - commercial printing and digital printing.
- Would be of added benefit if candidate has prior experience with a large print organization preferably into commercial printing, retail visibility, corporate gifting & promotion, large format digital printing, etc.
- Would be of added benefit if candidate has prior experience with a marketing services/BTL agency
- Should be well versed with MS-Windows, ERP and other relevant software
Key Responsibilities :
- Major responsibility is into B2B & Corporate Selling
- To provide complete branding solutions to corporate clientele through Commercial printing, Retail visibility, corporate gifting & Design Studio as marketing collateral.
- New Client Acquisition & Lead generation
- Identify Customer needs and service newly acquired clients to tap full potential
- Effective closure of sales deals with customer delight
- Ensure smooth execution from production to payment received. Making sure the order is delivered as committed
- Exceed Customer Expectations & Satisfaction. To collect customer feedback on every order & escalate up-line in case of any complaints
