Business Development Role - Logistics Firm (3-4 yrs)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Business Development Role with 2-4 years of work experience post their MBA/Btech in Supply Chain Management to join their team at Chennai location. Their goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales by approaching potential clients and forging strong relationships with clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business Development : On board clients in the city both for intracity and intercity operations.
- Work closely with Tech and Business for new product launch
- Team management : Manage a team of KAMs Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional business partners to identify gaps and structure problems
- Client Relationship : Visit client management to bring understand and improve operations, add new business
- Work with supply team on RFQ, Cost saving initiatives, Negotiations, Supplier relationship
- Manage project wise P&L & Overlook Tech Deployment across projects
- Work closely with accounts team for timely invoicing & Keep project wise MIS updated
Skills required :
- 2-4 years of post-MBA/B.Tech work experience in supply chain
- Expert in advanced excel skills & should have Excellent presentation skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics BD
- Should me knowing local language (Tamil).
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, logistics, Supply chain management
- Proven experience of atleast 3 years in a similar Industry.
