- Strong experience in BD Sales / Client acquisition in IT staffing (Permanent / Contract division)
- Sales & Customer Relationship Management Technology Consulting & Projects Outsourcing
- Drive Sales by exploring potential business avenues
- Developing and implementing result oriented plans, project budgeting and implementation as per the client requirement
- Manage prospecting, demos, proposal development, and deal negotiations with Clients
- Ensure that all required management and business controls are in place and effective. Developing staffing & hiring plans for inhouse and client projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
