Business Development Role - IT Staffing (10-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Proven experience in selling IT Staffing/Contract Workforce Solutions to customers
- Must have strong existing relationship with End Clients, Captives and Top SI's
-Independently work to achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle all Client calls/ meetings/ Discussions
-No dependency on any lead generation mechanism
- Influential relationships with business decision makers
- Ability to prospect, qualify and capture new business opportunities
- Capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts
- Must be very proficient in PPT and possess excellent presentation skills
Requirements :
- Minimum of 10 Years of Sales Experience in It Staffing & Recruitment Industry.
- Must Be Able to Acquire and Onboard a New Customer Within 90 -120 Days.
- Leading All Marketing Activities from Content Creation to Broadcasting
- Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Spoken
- Solid and Stable Career History/ Verifiable Past Accomplishments
