Business Development Role - IT Software Sales (2-6 yrs)

Position: Business Development

Exp: 2-5 Yrs

Job Location: Pune (As of now WFH till further notice)

Qualifications: Any Graduates with Software sales exp

Key Pointers-

Candidate will be responsible for Business Development of our Product ATS- TalentOrb (www.talentorb.com) across PAN India

Candidate must have IT Software Sales experience (Preferred- ATS/ ERP/ HRMS selling exp)

Looking for Domestic/ Indian Market candidate.

NO Inside Sales/ International Sales / US IT Sales/ Enterprise software sales candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

- Achieve defined monthly / Quarterly/Annual sales target

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, find possible prospects.

- To self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold calling

- Setting up appointments and visiting potential customers for new business

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

- Through training and learning provide pre-sales technical expertise and product education to the customers

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

- Managing both new and existing customer requirements to understand, anticipate and practically meet their needs, whilst spotting potential sales opportunities.

- Representing TalentOrb and Softenger products at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

- To take personal ownership for the delivery of agreed SMART objectives set within the department.

- To proactively identify and assist the Sales and Marketing Manager and other senior managers to obtain real and sustained, continuous improvement, throughout the business and execute same in a timely manner

- To demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times, establishing a culture of both personal and organisational trust.

- Has the ability to work flexible hours around the needs of both customers and Softenger.

- To undertake any other duties as requested by the department head in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
