Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in prospecting and lead generation within the US enterprise market. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling AI-led Solutions and Services with a strong understanding of industries such as Healthcare & Life Sciences, Transportation, Travel & Logistics, Media & Telecom, and BFSI. This role requires a motivated professional adept at building relationships, driving pipeline growth, and working collaboratively with sales teams to convert prospects into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
a. Identify, research, and engage with decision-makers at enterprises in the US market within the targeted industries (Healthcare, BFSI, Media, etc.).
b. Utilize tools like Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM for researching prospects, managing interactions, and tracking sales activity.
c. Develop targeted outbound strategies to initiate meaningful conversations with enterprise clients.
2. Pipeline Management:
a. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects and nurture relationships to convert them into viable leads.
b. Qualifying leads through discovery calls, identifying pain points, business needs, and matching company solutions to customer requirements.
c. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads for closing.
3. Sales Engagement:
a. Act as the first point of contact for enterprise clients, creating personalized outreach strategies and building rapport through calls, emails, and social media.
b. Schedule product demos, presentations, and introductory meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
c. Foster long-term relationships with potential clients by consistently providing valuable insights and timely follow-ups.
4. Market Research & Industry Insights:
a. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Healthcare & Life Sciences, Transportation, BFSI, Media & Telecom, and Logistics sectors.
b. Continuously gather competitive intelligence, customer needs, and pain points to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
5. CRM & Reporting:
a. Effectively utilize HubSpot CRM to manage leads, log activities, track performance metrics, and report on sales pipeline development.
b. Generate regular reports on prospecting efforts, pipeline growth, and lead conversion rates for management review.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
a. Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
b. Participate in regular sales meetings, sharing feedback on market trends, prospect challenges, and potential new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a BDR or in a similar role with a focus on US enterprise markets, specifically in industries such as Healthcare, BFSI, Media & Telecom, and Transportation.
- CRM & Sales Tools: Proficiency in using CRMs like HubSpot and sales tools like Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead management.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Healthcare, BFSI, Media, Travel & Logistics, and Telecom sectors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects and present solutions persuasively.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess prospect needs, identify opportunities, and propose tailored solutions.
- Self-starter: Highly motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Networking: Experience using social selling techniques and leveraging LinkedIn to build and engage with a network of prospects.
- Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Familiarity with other CRM systems like Salesforce will be considered an advantage.
- Market Awareness: In-depth knowledge of the trends, challenges, and business needs within the targeted industries.
