Business Development Role - IT (3-10 yrs)
Business Development Representative
- As a BDR you will build and own early stage sales relationships with a wide range of prospective corporate customers.
- Company has genuine market leading cloud-based IT solutions so over the course of multiple interactions with UAE and GCC based prospects you will create interest, develop and define needs and ultimately provide fully qualified high value sales opportunities to the Sales Team in Dubai.
- This role offers variety, challenge, a fast pace and an ongoing sales and technology learning curve where you can apply your excellent sales and communication skills to senior decision makers.
Key Outcomes :
- Creation of fully qualified Enterprise Sales opportunities with detailed buying insights, needs and motivators of the senior prospect stakeholders.
- Developing a database with advanced level of detail pertaining to prospects needs, buying cycles, legacy/existing status, future plans and key players.
- Create and own the early stage relationship with prospects to build buyer interest, need and momentum over the course of multiple interactions primarily via telephone as well as email and digital.
- Build a strong understanding of the Company solutions and wider industry trends and developments.
Key Activities :
- Manage multiple telephone interactions with senior level prospects over a period of weeks and months with supporting email and digital interactions.
- Engage with Dubai-based Account Managers to handover sales opportunities and provide detailed prospect insights and supporting data.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and provide Management Reporting.
- Work with the Company Research and Profiling team to identify, target and qualify new prospects.
