Business Development Role - IT (2-6 yrs)
Position : Business Development Representative (BDR).
Work Location - Bangalore ( Banaswadi).
office time 12 PM to 9 PM or 1PM to 10 PM).
Preferred:
Preferably MBA with specialization in Marketing but open for any graduate.
Experience: 2-3 Year experience in Business Development for IT / ITES organisation.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Understand company products and their value proposition.
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn & Phone to generate and qualify leads. The expectation is to send 50 personalized targeted emails and 25 dials/day with a minimum of 2 connects.0
- Monthly Appointment Targets - 8 Quality Leads.
- Update and maintain daily activity and key information in the CRM
- Market research ability of profiling companies and titles and creating target lists using tools like LinkedIn, Google, Apollo.io etc.
Required Candidates profile :
- 2-3 years of Experience in Lead generation and SDR role.
- Self-motivated, high energy, & dynamic and result orient inside sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Strong email and phone communication skills - able to understand different industry verticals.
- Proficiency in making brief presentations.
- Proficiency in using Sales tools like LinkedIn, Hunter, Apollo.io etc.
