Business Development Role - IT (2-5 yrs)
Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated versatile and target driven individual to join our business development team and lead on the ground outreach, acquisition, and onboarding of clients for CyborgIntell.
- Preference shall be given to candidates with prior experience in Selling to the US region
- Should have a minimum of 2 years of lead generation/ business development/SDR/BDR experience 80% Hunter, 20% Farmer | Outbound experience mandatory
Should have exceeded quota in the past consistently and can prove it Key Responsibilities Include
- Understand the offerings of CyborgIntell platform and drive the penetration of the product in the target market through customer acquisition and adoption
- Craft customized value proposition for the customer and how our solutions can help them specifically(Consultative selling)
- Build sales pipeline and funnel by reaching out to companies in well targeted outreach campaigns and work closely with all support teams to make it happen
- Ensure fast onboarding of clients by clearly communicating requirements and customizations to the product team
- Negotiate and close deals with strong and tight close plans
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to cross-sell and upsell products that can create value for them
- Define and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with an emphasis on quick onboarding
Requirements :
- The person should have excellent communication skills and should have sold to the US region
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ideally, have experience in the technology industry prospecting and selling either software or solution-led deals at the CXO level
- Preferred proven SaaS or technology sales experience
- Preferred proven ability in penetrating medium and large corporations to find decision-makers
- Preferred experience speaking to the Banking and insurance or Fintech space
- Experience in closing new business with customers and retaining them
Qualifications :
- Graduate/Postgraduate
- Excellent English communication skills
- End to end sales experience
- Minimum 4 quarters of exceeding quota preferred
