Business Development Role - IT (2-5 yrs)
Business Development Manager (Experience in US/SEA sales preferred)
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Help Identify prospects based on current set of clients and the work done
- Manage Lead generation efforts
- Answer questions about products or services provided by the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the Technology team when needed
-Work with the Founders to ramp up overall revenues
Requirements :
- Proven experience in Customer Success role or other sales roles
- Strong Understanding of the IT sector and prevalent business practices
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, other lead generation tools)
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
