Business Development Role - IT (15-20 yrs)
- Achieve personal sales targets by developing solutions and product business with existing and potential clients.
- Take solutions and consultative sales approach for the solutions business to clearly understand client's needs and propose and implement solutions that ensure that those are accurately met.
- Drive the commercial product business for new product and AMC sales using innovative approaches to ensure maximization of our margins and year-on-year revenue from existing customers
- Maintain rapport and fruitful relationships with existing customers to generate new/additional business for the company.
- Nurture and develop new business relationships with customers and simultaneously build the funnel in the assigned territories.
- Identify key stakeholders for opportunity and build & maintain relationship at all levels thru- regular and focused interactions with the customer.
- Build a strong and effective BD and pre-sales team to increase the reach and optimize the sales cycle.
- Execution of POCs, presentations to customers, recoveries (Payment/EMD/SD/Sticky Recovery) and other activities as directed by seniors.
- Actively monitor market trends / insights through contact with clients and industry associated meetings. Provide feedback to the management.
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process thru- daily / fortnightly / monthly reporting on sales performance as required by management.
