Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Data and Analytics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, an understanding of data-driven solutions, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through innovative data and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research & Analysis :

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

- Identify target audience through social media, available tools for targeted lead generation campaigns.

Business Development :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, calling, social media and attending events.

- Develop and implement strategic sales and lead generation plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

- Work closely with the Marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.

MIS :

- Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Ensure all client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups are accurately recorded in the CRM.

- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and insights to tweak Business Development strategies.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate with internal teams, including IT delivery, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.

- Take an active part in representing the organization via Webinars and Workshops to identify potential leads through the events.

- Communicate market feedback and client needs to refine the business development strategies.

Candidates Profile :

- 1-5 years of experience in Business Development (Preferably into IT industry)

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

- Willingness to work on flexible work timings.

- A self-starter mentality and should be taking ownership of the assigned tasks.
