Job Description :
An opportunity to work with world's leading brand and pioneer in India and SAARC market for psychometrics and assessment practices. A company headed and run by IIM alumni with the senior management team from XLRI and IIMs.
The job involves building the business with Large and mid-sized corporate clients in the allotted city/ territory and manage and expand the existing accounts in the territory. The products are top of the line psychometric tools and processes which are used to assess candidates prior to recruitment or promotion.
Typical interaction happens with the VP/ GM-HR, CXO and Senior members of the HR teams on the client side.
The job carries a clear quarterly and monthly target and career growth are directly linked to performance.
