Business Development Role - IT (0-3 yrs)
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Actively involved in building out the sales funnel of Prospects and Leads using various outbound sales strategies including cold calling & direct mailers
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market-share metrics. Utilize the public information regarding recent funding rounds & use the personal network for generating leads
- Client Acquisition, Negotiations & Proposals
- Conducting product Demos to showcase the product
- Attaining Revenue Numbers based on the Cloud-Based Sales Targets
- Preparing proposals and agreements for clients
- Closing of deals with potential clients with best possible pricing
- Client Onboarding
- Coordinating with the Operations team to onboard new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to the appropriate SPOC.
- Retention & Upselling
- Handling renewals of contracts with clients and upselling new modules to existing clients.
- Managing client relationship once they are onboard.
- Channel Partnerships & Referral Programs
- Working with channel partners and resellers to promote the Proclivis product and build out the client infrastructure.
- Identifying and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business

Educational Qualification Criteria:
- Graduation / Post graduation with First Class
Location: Based out of Mumbai, India. But will involve occasional travels
Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
