Business Development Role - IT (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for IT services and solutions through market research and networking.
- Reach out to prospective clients via emails, calls, and social media platforms.
- Assist in creating and presenting proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and products (training will be provided).
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
