Business Development Role - International Sales - Education (2-5 yrs)

ROLE:

We are looking for a passionate Business Development Representative (Inside Sales) for the US and Middle East markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing, acquiring, growing, and strengthening higher education customers globally. They should believe in a consultative approach, identifying customers' needs and aligning them with our product offerings. This role offers unfiltered insights, experience, and problem-solving opportunities to create an impact at a high-growth stage startup.

Job responsibilities:

- Build relationships with learners who contact our client, guiding them through our product, vision, and big picture.

- Driving inquiries & admissions for the online learning programs offered for the International markets

- Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program

- Counseling experienced professionals via call or email on which course will be useful to their career progression and suggest the best options

- Handle inbound calls, make outbound sales calls with follow-ups, manage learner interactions, and address queries.

- Fix appointments and demo sessions daily.

- Provide timely and accurate responses to learners/parents.

- Meet daily KPIs and achieve monthly targets through effective convincing and selling skills.

Qualifications and skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience will be required.

- Edtech experience will be preferred but not necessary.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Curious and self-motivated to learn, always improving yourself and the team around you.

- Empathizing with the users to provide them with an intuitive experience and consumer sensibilities.

- Be enthusiastic and relentless in achieving and exceeding targets, drive sales, close admissions, and be customer (learner) success-driven

- Have worked on international sales processes across different time zones.
