Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth and expansion in our Interior Fitout division, with a focus on the Mumbai micro market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of relationships with local landlords, architects, and vendors, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads and market intelligence for fit-out projects in Mumbai
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, architects, and vendors
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and strategic plans for business development
- Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets and drive business growth
- Track and report monthly metrics, including lead conversion rate, pipeline value, and lead close rate
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, MBA, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Interior Fitout
- Strong knowledge of Project Management and D&B processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market and key players
- Certification in sales or business development (e.g. CBSE, ISB)
