Responsible for Business development in the following areas in the domain of Interior design
- Residential
- Corporate/Office
- Channel - B2B
Goal :
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities :
- Strategizing & Planning for better Business output and opportunities
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Generating Leads
- Performing Cold Callings
- Create and maintain long term Customer Relationships
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Requirements :
- Proficiency in MS Office, mail, Excel & PPT
- Proficiency in English
- Should have very good written and verbal Communication skills
- Market knowledge
- Should have good negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
Other Preferences :
Will be good to have someone with builder connects, from design and architecture firms, front end sales people in event management companies working for real estate
