Business Development Role - Insurance & Lending (1-10 yrs)
- Channel Sales, DSA, Loans and Insurance experience preferred
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Handling key accounts of the company
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
- Search for new client leads.
- Manage relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements :
- Graduate degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Prior experience in B2B sales and account management is desired.
