Business Development Role - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for a skilled employee who needs to drive business development by identifying new market opportunities, selling to them, boosting relationships with current clients, and establishing and maintaining new client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Team recruitment and leadership
- Identify leads and prospects;
- Increase learning capacity and enthusiasm for sales
- Establish productive working relationships
- Recognize the needs of your corporate clients.
- Conduct market and related product research.
- Conduct a market analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and unsatisfied demands.
Required Candidate Profile :
- Strong understanding of negotiating strategies and marketing tactics
- Increased learning speed and sales enthusiasm
- Self-motivated professional with a focus on results
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiating and problem-solving abilities.
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience.
- Should be local
- Should be Graduated
