Business Development Role - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company by generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified individuals to join the agency as sales representatives.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make informed hiring decisions.
- Design and implement training programs for new and existing agents to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and addressing performance issues.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture within the agency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Candidate Profile :
Age:- Min 22 Years to max 38 years
Qualification:- Graduate/MBA
Experience:- +2 years in any field of sales
Skills :
- Goal-oriented, concentrating on hitting and surpassing objectives.
- The capacity to evaluate sales performance data and create improvement plans.
- Excellent time-management and organizing abilities.
