Job Summary:
To join our expanding team, we are seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with two years of field sales experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To locate and generate new business prospects, use field sales, networking, and recommendations.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with both present and potential clients.
- Perform product demonstrations, sales presentations, and discussions to finalize deals.
- Qualify prospects and run the sales funnel efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing divisions to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Keep up with market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Track and share sales performance metrics while providing direction for continuous improvement.
- To ensure customer happiness, address inquiries and issues as soon as you can.
- Participate at trade shows, industry events, and networking events to expand your company's reach.
Candidate Profile:
- Two years or more of field sales experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to reach or surpass sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- The capacity to work both alone and cooperatively in a hectic setting.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-driven and focused on achieving outcomes.
