Desired candidate :
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools like Zoom/ Google hangouts/ Skype etc
- Experience working with CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must have basic Excel skills MS office knowledge.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand client needs and requirements
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- You will target potential revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to reach the quota
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Drive growth by selling paid service of Workex to small-to-medium sized employers (SMB)
- Build and develop account relationships and close sales quickly.
