Business Development Role - Inside Sales - IT (1-2 yrs)
The Inside Sales team at Datawrkz is responsible for lead generation and nurturing. In this role, the candidate will get an in-depth knowledge of Digital Advertising and Ad-Tech products and the ability to sell these products and services in form of a solution to the target clients.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of email outreach & calling experience in abusiness-to-business (B2B) environment. The preferred candidate will be someone with 1-4 years of experience with inside sales in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Segment and Account level research and map the account, identify potential buyers
- Creating & maintaining the list/database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Generate leads/ prospects via different channels (Cold Calls, Email Marketing, Social reach out via Linkedin etc) for the products and solutions offered by Datawrkz
- Lead prospecting, qualifying and building a robust pipeline
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Progressing lead pipeline including sharing custom solutions,answering follow-up questions, and providing industry insights
- Routing qualified opportunities to the respective Sales Manager or Product Head for closures
- Assist in closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
- Meet inside sales targets towards a company revenue goal
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance of sales metrics
Must Have:
- Experience working in an inside sales environment
- Exposure to customers in International markets such as the US,Canada, or UK
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call,connect and interact with potential customers
- Ability to have non-scripted conversations with prospects
- Ability to sell, nurture and follow-up consistently
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Willing to work in night shift based on business requirements
Good to Have:
- Graduate with an MBA in Marketing / International business development preferred.
- Experience working for a SaaS product company
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word,PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
