Business Development Role - Human Resources Consulting & Staffing Firm (1-3 yrs)

- Our client is a niche Human Resources Consulting and Staffing company, providing Recruitment services (right from the executive level to the Senior managers and higher levels) in Engineering, Construction, Auto, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing, Export - Import, Information Technology, Quality, Logistics, Medical and Health Care, Media and Education to name a few.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Has to handle old clients as well as make new clients. Also, reach the target- liaison with clients and new marketing plans.
- Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, onboarding and off-boarding, insurance, and HR audits.
- Creating, implementing, and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.
- Providing support for recruitment as required, including but not limited to conducting hiring needs analysis, conducting reference checks, and employment contracts.
- Application and renewal of work visas.
- Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application.
- Managing employee benefits and claims administration.
- Working closely with finance and/or outsourced vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other claims.
- Helping the Company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high-impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
- Establishing strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development.
- Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems.
- Delivering training to various parts of the business and working with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions.
- Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required.
- Conducting train-the-trainer workshops to ensure training scalability and effectiveness.
- Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable.
- Managing the Learning & Development budget.
- The full life-cycle of recruitment for recent graduates and early career candidates, including intake sessions, event planning, on-campus recruiting, screening, and interviews.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for graduate-level candidates, educational institutions, and the business.
- Working with internal stakeholders to develop programs that build talent pipelines of graduates.
- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a HR Generalist or Learning and Development role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
- You ideally possess solid experience in Graduate Recruitment.
- Must have good English language skills and be good in communication.
- You have good knowledge of Other ATS and Workday or other similar systems.
- You have prior experience using Learning Management Systems and CRM Tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
