The Job :
- Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will achieve the target numbers within the time frame given and do technical presentations to the client. You will also help in the acquisition of new clients through reference and cross-selling of new products with existing clients.
Your responsibilities will include :
- All general office administration functions and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- Acting as the main point of contact for any general office and/or facility-related concerns.
- Supporting on-boarding/off-boarding of staff.
- Developing and communicating internal guidelines and best practices with respect to your overall responsibilities.
- Project managing office renovations or new office set-ups.
- Managing and maintaining executives' schedules and appointments.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings and events.
- Managing team members.
Ideal Candidate :
- You must be fluent in English/Tamil in order to be able to liaise with stakeholders in the region effectively.
- You have at least 2 years of experience within an Office Manager role, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You have good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams
