We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual for the role of Service Delivery & Business Development to join our team. This position requires hands-on experience in a core HR services-based organization and a comprehensive understanding of business requirements. The candidate will be responsible for handling global payroll, procurement management, and Employer of Records (EOR) services. Additionally, the role involves HR operations and vendor management for front-end projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage service delivery operations, including payroll, procurement, and HR services.
- Serve as a key partner in the employer of records (EOR) operations.
- Oversee vendor management for global projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Develop business strategies aligned with organizational growth.
- Leverage sales and marketing skills to expand the client base and foster business development.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in service delivery and business development, preferably in an HR services-based organization.
- Solid knowledge of the Employer of Records (EOR) module and relevant operations.
- Strong sales and marketing skills to drive business development efforts.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage global partnerships.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on problem-solving and innovation.
