Business Development Role - Healthcare (1-4 yrs)
BD - Regional will be responsible for engaging with patients/caregivers and accounts by making offline visits. He/she has to initiate and maintain excellent relationship with our external stakeholders - Hospitals, diagnostics, Pharma companies, etc. to ensure high quality experience to our patients. Growing in the role, he/she will be heading one of the verticals within the Business Operations vertical, in the future. Responsibilities :
- Engage with the patients/caregivers of cancer patients on one hand and external stakeholders on the other hand, to guide them at every step of their cancer journey with empathy and understanding.
- Engage with the accounts and collect all relevant information seamless operation and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure the quality of the service delivered to the customers by taking their feedback
- Engage with other teams within Onco to facilitate seamless delivery of service to the customers
- Maintain relationship with multiple accounts across the designated geographies
What we are looking for :
- An undergraduate degree
- Minimum 2 year of Experience in Hospital/Pharma sales or Hospital Operations
- Excellent writing skills and communication skills
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
