Business Development Role - Health & Wellness (1-5 yrs)
About Company: Hiring for a health and wellness company alternative approach to bringing in personal health transformations through nutrition, inner mind work and exercise. What began as a journey of self-healing has today evolved into a system that has helped several people overcome their health problems.
- We are scaling up our team and are looking for a Business Development Executive. This is a full time role and is an immediate requirement.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Making cold calls and talking to new people
- Responsible for customer follow-up
- Ability to connect with people instantly and gain their trust
- Eager to expand company with new sales and clients
- In-depth understanding of unique services and its position in the
industry
- Resilience to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Qualifications :
- Maximum 3 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
