Business Development Role - Gas & Wet Commodities Products (0-3 yrs)
Business Developer - Mumbai, India

We invite Business Developers who are highly motivated and responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with relevant esteem companies to join us as Business development executives.
The required Business Developer duties and responsibilities include:
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business.
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Track and report on the status of proposal components.
- Conduct ongoing market research.
- Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts.
- Expansion: Finding new markets and opportunities to expand into.
Requirements and skills:
The intended candidate should possessed an initiative and proactive approach whilst identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow a business:
- Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Knowledge of Petchems, Gas and wet commodities products will be a plus point (Training will be provided for young entrepreneurs
- The position offers an overseas training opportunity in our Singapore or China office (tbc) for the first 6- 12 months, after which it transitions to a full-time role based in Mumbai, India)
- Proficiency in English (a must) and Chinese (preferred) to facilitate communication with stakeholders in China.

- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field. Fresh graduates from top-tier institutions are encouraged to apply, 0-3 years of experience preferred.
