Business Development Role - FMCG (9-11 yrs)
Taken up city level roles and has exceptional people management skills. This role may require one to manage a direct team of up to 10 people and an indirect team of over 100 field business development executives
- Should be preferably an IIT or NIT graduate
- 1-3 years relevant experience in hardcore field sales, preferably someone from the retail format in FMCG or associated industries
- Excellent data analysis, data interpretation and first principle problem-solving approach
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do what-it-takes mindset
- A demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and continuous process improvement mindset
- Must know the Tamil Language-
