The Job :

Responsibilities:

- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements.

- Generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature.

- Developing pricing strategies and meeting marketing and sales objectives.

- Managing the marketing and sales teams and performing managerial duties to meet company goals.

- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services and Staffing/Executive Search industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You have working knowledge of End to end Sales, Lead generation and Cold Calling

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
