Business Development Role - Executive Search Firm (1-4 yrs)
- Responsible for generating leads, fixing up the meeting, attending meeting with concern manager
- Doing market research, preparing client data
- Closing the deal with clients, negotiating terms etc
- Taking care of recruitment along with business development work
- Will be working on Jr. to Sr. level positions
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Should be at-least graduate
Please note-
1. There is no fixed salary for starting 2 months (Getting salary basis on the target), if achieved the target, AFTER 2 MONTHS SALARY WILL BE FIX
2. 6 days working (Sunday to Friday)
3. Timing- 10 AM to 6 PM
