- Monthly target to be achieved on set targets for New Business
- Creatively inclined on brands & corporate business
- Excellent time management and organization
- Strong communication and IT fluency
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Weekly reporting to Marketing Director
- MIS to all Directors on a monthly basis
