Business Development Role - Education (1-5 yrs)
a. Calling the parents and explaining them about our product
b. Convincing them to attend seminars & demo lectures
c. Generating lead, meeting the parents either virtual or physical and converting them to admission
d. Managing the batch of students in terms of discipline
e. Maintaining the attendance and absentee record of students
f. Maintaining proper record of teacher's attendance
g. Keeping a track of portion completed in the respective batch
h. Maintaining a record of student's performance in the test
i. Maintaining enrolments records and collection status
j. Follow up with parents for collections before due date
k. Collecting payments only through online mode linked to the bank account details provided to you by the Company.
