Business Development Role - eCommerce (2-3 yrs)
Marketing:
- Develop/create marketing content for promotion, along with Cluster Development Manager and designer
- Manage social media platform for Story/brand/event communication
- Planning and approval of Company's E-Commerce business model including Flow design, Screen aesthetics design, Backend design, Content design, Platform design, Content development
- Coordinate with creative agency for website development
- Arrange creative material & content for website
- Coordination with the Product Development and Production Team
- Work closely with the Product Development / merchandizing team (in Delhi) and give inputs keeping in mind customer and market demand.
- Coordinate with the Production Executive in Delhi to ensure that goods will be ready on time for promotion and sales as planned.
- Sales/MBOs (Multi Brand Outlets) Events, Physical stores
- Communicate and build up partnership with retailers. (MBO)
- Organize & plan events/exhibition successfully. Event calendar to be in place for the whole year for backwards planning. (Events/Exhibitions)
- Visual Merchandising/layouts at physical stores. (Rangsutra stores) with. merchandizing and sales team.
-Manage customer interaction / communications of event
- Monitor sell thru and replenishment of stock. Reporting of data and learning
- Manage profitability of events & stores by excelling performance.
- Find opportunity of new places to open store
Sales/ Rangsutra E commerce :
- Regular promotion of Rangsutra E-commerce to increase footfall & monitor conversion, inventory update.
- Developing appropriate strategy for inward and outward logistics for better customer experience
- Know the customer: Deeply understand customer behavior, develop new customer insights
- Coordinate with advertising, logistics, design, product management, finance teams within the organization.
- Partnership with appropriate agencies for software, hardware and content development.
- Own the business: Co-own the P&L, develop the business model, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business to service them
