Business Development Role - Digital Technology (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to :
- Understanding business and technology scenarios and needs, identifying opportunities.
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet their requirements with offerings from SM6Tech
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- New business development involving prospect development.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Plan approaches and pitch.
- Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives.
- Help to plan sales campaigns and create a sales pipeline
- Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
- Increase sales of the business and carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors
- Business Cycle Management, Account Management and selling multiple solutions offered by SM6Tech Systems
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrating focused sales efforts, understanding of digital ecosystem is a must.
- Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
- Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capabilities.
- Run targeted sales; marketing campaigns for business development
- Work with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger.
- You will be directly involved in discussions with the end client globally.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should have digital technology sales experience with focus on manufacturing industry
- Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment is desired
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
- Strong analytical, networking and management skills

- High Convincing Power
- Ability to gather business and technical requirements from both formal and informal sessions with the client through meetings and conference calls.
- Self- learning attitude.
- Responsible behaviour with Minimum supervision.
- Adapt new knowledge and software tools to increase productivity.
- Understand the fundamentals of online sales, sales using software and sales tools.
