Job description.
Looking for candidates with good communication, presentation and team management skills. Previous experience in telemarketing / telesales / outbound calling / client servicing would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieving Sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business.
- Good knowledge in website deliverables backend and front end.
- Understanding on all the development platforms and digital marketing interface.
- Interacting with new & existing clients using Tele conversation, Emails and chats.
- Customer care related objectives to be handled.
- Coordination with designer and developers for client project completion.
Note :
- Candidates with experience in B2B Sevices, SEO Services and Websites Selling Services, would be given preference.
- A candidate who has worked in Domestic / International BPO in outbound process dealing with the service industry would be given preference.
