- Strong Experience in Client Acquisition & Client Handling.
- Experience in B2B / B2C / Corporate Sales.
- Exposure to IT Service/Outsourcing/Staffing Industry.
- Managing End-To-End activities related to Client Acquisition/Retention.
- Responsible for New Client Acquisition and Existing Client Retentions.
- Generate new business opportunities and requirement gathering from existing clients/ new clients.
- Responsible for Customer Success management
- Responsible for Payment Collection from Clients.
- Responsible for Marketing, Company Branding and PR Activities.
- Focused more on Strategy planning and the targets.
- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
